ABSTRACT

Under the concept of public health, physical fitness training is an indispensable basic athletic ability for physical fitness training of students in colleges. It is also an important part of physical education students in sports training. For athletes, body training is especially important. On the one hand, it helps to improve the athletes' body shape and organ system skills, and on the other hand, contributes to the all-round development of athlete's quality. Judging from the actual situation of physical training carried out by physical education majors in most colleges and universities, although physical training for students has been strengthened, the results are not satisfactory. This is because there are still many problems in physical training in most colleges and universities. This situation also restricts the development of physical education students and schools. Based on this, this paper selects the collected data using the "BP neural network", and establishes a reasonable theoretical system of physical fitness training by analyzing the filtered data.
