ABSTRACT

Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang is a classic formula from Zhang Zhongjing's "Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases of Typhoid", which has been highly respected by medical practitioners of all times, and is often used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in modern times, especially in the treatment of heart failure. The dection has a remarkable therapeutic effect. In recent years, with the in-depth research, some of the mechanisms of ling gui zhu gan tang have been proved, and the article provides an overview on the application of ling gui zhu gan tang and the mechanism of its effect. So that it can provide theoretical guidance and data support for the in-depth research of this formula. The application and mechanism of action of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang are reviewed in this article to provide theoretical guidance and data support for the in-depth study of this formula.
