ABSTRACT

Economic development has prompted more and more women to enter the workplace and take on important responsibilities. On this basis, both work and family place extremely high demands on women, which also leads to conflicts in the allocation of time and energy. This paper analyzes a series of dilemmas faced by women and offers some suggestions to alleviate the conflicts and increase the willingness to have children.
