ABSTRACT

In the context of globalization, cultural confidence plays a fundamental role in the sustainable development of a country and a nation. As the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation, the inheritance and innovation of the spiritual core of Chinese traditional festival culture is of great significance to enhance cultural self-confidence. This paper aims to explore how to effectively inherit and innovate the spiritual core of traditional Chinese festivals under the background of English culture, so as to show the unique charm of Chinese culture in global cultural exchanges and strengthen cultural self-confidence.
