ABSTRACT

ABI3BP is a newly discovered tumor-associated protein.Studies have shown that ABI3BP plays an important role in cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and tumor microenvironment regulation. ABI3BP is increasingly recognized as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target, but current studies still face limitations such as insufficient sample size and inadequate mechanistic research. This article aims to review the current research status of ABI3BP in cancer, explore its role in tumorigenesis and development, and discuss future research directions, with the hope of providing a theoretical basis and reference for clinical applications.
