ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of society, popular culture, as an important cultural phenomenon, is increasingly penetrating into people's daily life. Popular culture has the characteristics of secularity, which must contain civilian consciousness. The development of popular culture also means the gradual rise of civilian consciousness. The purpose of this paper is to explore the civilian consciousness behind it by analyzing the secularity of popular culture, and explain the social significance behind this cultural phenomenon from various phenomena of popular culture.
