The Expression Levels of Mir-33b-5p and FGFRL1 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Tissues and Their Relationship with Clinical Pathological Features and Prognosis

This study collected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and corresponding adjacent non-tumor tissues resected intraoperatively from 92 NSCLC patients admitted between June 2019 and June 2021, aiming to investigate the expression levels of microRNA (miRNA)-33b-5p and fibroblast growth factor receptor-like protein 1 (FGFRL1) in NSCLC tissues, as well as their relationships with clinicopathological features and prognosis. The conclusion we drew is that the expression of miR-33b-5p is significantly decreased and the expression of FGFRL1 is significantly increased in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Both are correlated with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients, and the combined detection of miR-33b-5p and FGFRL1 can be used to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
