ABSTRACT

The concept of law, and the rule of law is closely related to the development of thinking, the rule of law concept reflects the specific background of legal practice, legal action, the phenomena of nature and its inherent law, the rule of law concept is inevitable in the age of the brand mark, must be timely. Cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, chain blocks, the rapid development of high and new technology is reshaping the Internet form of the rule of law in our country, the wisdom of the rule of law is the product of the rule of law into the era of artificial intelligence, is the fusion of the rule of law development and science and technology development and the result of the interaction.
