Worldview is the foundation of people's way of thinking and outlook on life. It plays an important role in intercultural communication in a variety of subtle and inconspicuous ways. This paper intends to compare the differences between the relationship of man and nature in the Chinese and Western worldviews from a philosophical point of view, to trigger people's reflection on ecological problems, and to reveal the reasons for the conflicts of values among people with different cultural backgrounds in the process of the intercultural communication, so as to promote the smooth progress of intercultural communication.
