The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the immigration culture of America and its new public management and find out what effects of American immigration culture has had on its political system. It starts with the analysis of immigration and American public values. Then, this paper emphasized the effects of the immigration culture in different aspects. Especially in this paper to show the effects of American immigration culture on its public values. it’s easy to find the effects of the immigrants on the United States.
