ABSTRACT

University logistics, as the cornerstone of the rapid development of higher education institutions, plays an important role of the operation of universities. It is also the important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the universities' teaching and research work. At present, the socialization reform of university logistics has become a new trend, but the university logistics is also faced with many difficulties in the new situation of socialization reform, which hinder its sound and rapid development. The university logistics should strengthen the propaganda, improve the employee team and innovate the unique logistics culture as well as management system to better achieve long-term development.
