ABSTRACT

The global market witnessed the prosperity of Fin Tech, especially peer-to-peer lending. However, with severe regulation and the recent pandemic, we cannot find the glory of it used to be. We demonstrated an empirical model to figure out what are the possible key elements which can make peer-to-peer lending a more health commercial mode. And the data shows that a shrunk market tend to be good sign of its development.
