How to discover the causes of the spectator phenomenon mentioned in Mr. Lu Xun's literary works from the root and gradually improve the spectator phenomenon has been a difficult problem to be solved for the development of contemporary society and become one of the obstacles to the long-term development of the country. This paper analyzes the inferior root causes of the national spectator phenomenon from three directions: ideological submissiveness, the still imperfect network management, and the lack of inner motivation, and thus proposes ways to improve the spectator phenomenon by strengthening the study of advanced educational ideas, improving the norms of network usage with the times, and ensuring the guarantee mechanism of moral models, thus enhancing the quality and cohesion of the nation, which is beneficial to the future development of the country.
