ABSTRACT

Atherosclerosis (as) is an important pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and stroke. In addition to risk factors such as lipid metabolism disorder, vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) activation and oxidative stress response, inflammatory response mediated by inflammatory signal pathway runs through the whole process of the formation and development of as as as a new risk factor, which has been recognized by the majority of researchers. This paper reviews the research progress of JAK / STAT inflammatory signaling pathway in as, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of as by inhibiting inflammation.
