ABSTRACT

Leisure sports is an important way to promote people's free and all-round growth and enhance happiness. It is also the pursuit of a better life for mankind. Leisure sports need to be guaranteed from the aspects of health and civilized life. Leisure sports in the new era are developing better and better, but in the whole process of leisure sports development, the development of female leisure sports still faces many difficulties. This paper studies the development of female leisure sports in the new period and the difficulties in the development of female leisure sports in the new period, and seeks corresponding ways to promote the development of female leisure sports in China.
