ABSTRACT

The implementation of the "double reduction" policy is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council. It is related to the implementation of the Party's educational policy and the education that the people are satisfied with. The policy calls for reducing the total amount and duration of homework, reducing students' heavy homework burden, enforcing strict governance, and comprehensively regulating off-campus training activities.
