Based on the data governance maturity model, this paper analyzes the existing achievements of the 'run once at most' reform and the digital transformation of the government and concludes that there are some problems in the 'run once at most' reform and the digital transformation of the government, such as single governance subject, data barriers, scene application effectiveness and data security. At the same time, based on the theory of collaborative governance and the perspective of data opening and sharing, this paper explores the direction and path of government digital reform under a reasonable theoretical framework, promotes the further development of government digital reform, and aims to enhance the satisfaction and happiness of the people. Explore innovative and feasible paths to provide more feasible suggestions for the development direction of government digitization for the convenience and benefit of the people.
