ABSTRACT

In China, the number of farmers whose business scale is less than 50 mu has reached 230 million, accounting for about 97% of the total number of farmers. The cultivated land area accounts for about 82% of the total cultivated land area in China, and the average cultivated land area of each household is about 5 mu. With the development of market economy, small farmers are faced with many difficulties, such as unequal market status, insufficient financing capacity, difficulty in financing, weak connection between the interests of the new agricultural business entities and small farmers, and imperfect system and law. Small farmers play a "stabilizer" role in Rural Revitalization. How to realize the integration of small farmers and modern agricultural development is the key to the smooth realization of rural revitalization, and is also an important content of high-quality development of modern agriculture.
