ABSTRACT

Democratic politics rule of law is the essential way of democratic politics development, is now the inevitable trend of social development, to guarantee and promote democracy with the rule of law, this to our country's democratic politics construction, to the establishment of our socialist country ruled of law has important practical significance. In order to realize the healthy development of socialist political construction on the track, we must deal with the relations between the the people and the law, the state and the law, strengthen the system construction, and make democracy and the rule of law a symbol of modern political civilization.
