ABSTRACT

From "Baogan to Group" to "Baogan Production Household" in Fengyang, Xiaogang production team has never had a bumper harvest. Practice has proved that "Big Baogan" hable results. From the perspective of the theory of historical resultant force, the historic transformation from "Baogan to Group" to "Baogan Production Household" is the result of the joint action of many factors, including the promotion of natural disaster factors, the change of agricultural policies, the support of local governments, and the role of farmers as the main body.
