Human resources have an important position and role in sustainable development. In the process of implementing the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the human resource development of China is facing new challenges and opportunities. This paper will analyse them from both demographic and economic factors, and proposes strategies and measures for China's human resource development.
