ABSTRACT

Lung cancer has become one of the cancers that seriously threaten human life, with the highest morbidity and mortality in all countries of the world. At present, the treatment of lung cancer is mainly based on surgery, adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy, but these treatments have adverse consequences for the prognosis and quality of life of patients with lung cancer. With the development of traditional Chinese medicine technology, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound have achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of lung cancer. The traditional Chinese medicine Sheliugu has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying, dispersing and detumescence, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable. In this paper, lung cancer A549 cells were used as the research object to explore the effect of petroleum ether extract of traditional Chinese medicine Heliugu on the proliferation and apoptosis of lung cancer A549 cells.
