ABSTRACT

This research article investigates the efficacy of community intervention strategies in the prevention and control of hypertension. Hypertension is a significant chronic disease that poses a global health challenge. Community interventions can play a crucial role in managing and preventing this condition. This study conducted a community-based program which included educational initiatives, lifestyle modification support, and regular blood pressure monitoring. The outcomes were measured through pre- and post-intervention blood pressure readings and assessments of changes in health behaviors. Our findings suggest that community interventions can lead to improved health outcomes and can be a vital part of public health strategies for managing hypertension. The study emphasizes the need for sustained community engagement and support systems to combat chronic diseases effectively.
