Gender in Socio-Economic Context
Social harmony is inseparable from social participation of gender equality. Female laborers are the significant other half of social members. They shoulder the heavy responsibility of human reproduction, family happiness and social stability. Therefore, suppressing or excluding women is an unwise move to hinder social development.
The logic of economics is a unique perspective for understanding social issues, while the normative research of sociology can better sublimate the understanding of economic issues. From the broad and profound connections between economic and social behavior, and from the perspective of coordinated economic and social development and promoting human social development, some research methods and ideas for analyzing empirical problems can be found in the disciplinary perspective of economic sociology.
