ABSTRACT
After many years of development, the Fine Arts course teaching in China's colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results in many aspects. However, with the development of the times and the social progress, the teaching of Fine Arts course in colleges and universities has been unable to meet the needs of modernization in many aspects. How to do a good job to reform the teaching of Fine Arts course at colleges and universities in the new era is not only the need of the development of colleges and universities but also the inherent need of the development of Fine Arts course.
