ABSTRACT

Based on the method of super-efficient SBM model, this paper analyzed the logistics efficiency of the “Belt and Road” core economic belt. On the basis of the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency, meanwhile compared the amount of input and output slack, further studied the current situation of logistics efficiency in the five northwestern provinces, and combined with data to analyze their respective strengths and weaknesses. Finally, through evaluated relevant data, then give suggestions for improving logistics efficiency in the five northwestern provinces, and further realize the overall goal of logistics development in the core belt of “The Belt and Road”.
