ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes the influencing factors in construction project management in China. At present, the development of Chinese construction industry is accelerating, however, various factors cause certain negative influence on the quality and efficiency of project management. The accurate and effective countermeasures are proposed according to these influencing factors to ensure the overall healthy and stable development of construction industry.
