At present, more and more people who exceed the statutory retirement age are still actively involved in work. However, it is very controversial whether the damage suffered by such personnel can be regarded as an industrial injury. Based on the case analysis, this paper aims to determine the relationship between employers who exceed the statutory retirement age and the employing unit, and to study whether the industrial injury insurance regulations can be applied to person exceeding the statutory retirement age.
