ABSTRACT

The concept of psychological empowerment has been widely studied by many scholars since its emergence. This paper reviews the literature on the connotation, structure, measurement and related research of psychological empowerment, and emphatically sorts out the influence of psychological empowerment as independent variable, mediating variable and moderating variable on employees' attitude, behavior and performance, and discusses the future research direction.
