ABSTRACT
In today's fast-changing era, organizational learning has undoubtedly become a powerful driving force for enterprise development. Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad, this paper systematically learns, combs and summarizes organizational learning. It mainly organizes and reviews the origins, concept definitions, types, processes, causal variables, enlightenment of enterprise management and future research prospects of organizational learning.
