ABSTRACT

Innovation is an important driving force for the current social development. With the continuous development of the social economy, the employment pressure faced by college graduates is increasing. In order to help graduates to obtain employment better, it is an effective choice to carry out independent entrepreneurship under the background of mass creation. College students' entrepreneurship requires students to have excellent psychological quality and good entrepreneurial character. The background of mass innovation requires a new team culture, a scientific team structure, and an efficient operation mechanism in order to build an open and innovative team culture, and the background of mass innovation requires a new team culture, a scientific team structure, and an efficient operation mechanism, in order to build an open and innovative team culture.
