ABSTRACT
Colleges and universities shoulder a special and glorious mission in the political system of our country. As the main position of cultivating and exporting talents, the management level of colleges and universities directly affects the training quality of talents needed for the modernization construction of our country. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of colleges and universities in our country, and probes into the corresponding solutions.
