ABSTRACT
In 2013, during the visits to Central Asia and Southeast Asian countries, the national leaders proposed to jointly build the “Belt and Road Initiative” and promote the implementation of the “Belt and Road” to promote mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the rest of the world to a new height. In the process of internationalization of higher education, due to differences in national development, the talent training model has both common characteristics and personality characteristics. For example, there are huge differences in development between the 11 countries of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, which make China's talent training model for ASEAN have obvious differences in school philosophy, curriculum design, and management methods.
