ABSTRACT
Nowadays, employees and organizations have become an interdependent interest community, employees need to get paid from the organization through job engagement, and the organization needs the job engagement of employees to get performance. The social exchange theory shows that the implicit condition for the exchange of employees and organizations is that both parties can achieve mutual benefits. Based on social exchange theory, this study explores the issue of employee job engagement from the perspective of employee values.
