ABSTRACT

The definition of productive failure teaching is designing some forms of frustration in the learning process. The key points of productive failure teaching include the complexity of the problem, the necessary teaching support and cognitive support and learning culture creation. Case studies of classroom design are based on the example of "How to Make Sales Calls to Foreign Customers" under the course of "Import and Export Business Operations".
