ABSTRACT

From the perspective of "User-Centered", the empathy design in the mobile medical APP interface is researched. Based on the theory of cognitive psychology, and the unique cognitive characteristics of mobile medical users, the empathy design method of improving user experience is explored from three aspects: visual aesthetics, behavioral efficiency and emotional resonance, and combining with practical design to verify. Applying the empathy design method to mobile medical products has improved the early identification of users' fuzzy requirements, behavioral guidance in information transmission, emotional experience in the process of interaction, actively created pleasant aesthetic perception and emotional resonance.
