ABSTRACT

This paper is based on the research status of college archives management system and is supported by related topics. In the design process, the design experience of the previous file management system was fully borrowed and based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the file management system. From the three levels of functional architecture design, logical architecture design and physical architecture design, the design scheme of the archive management system of private colleges is proposed.
