ABSTRACT

Scientific enrollment planning is the basis to ensure the quality of college enrollment, and the quality of students is the most important reference index for the enrollment department to formulate the enrollment plan. At present, China's economy and culture are developing rapidly. In order to meet the needs of society, colleges and universities begin to expand their enrollment. It is necessary to attach great importance to the quality of recruiting new students, coupled with in-depth and meticulous optimization of education, in order to cultivate high-quality talents. The quality of students is the reflection of intelligence factors in the management of enrollment, and it is also the true portrayal of the strength of the school. In order to meet the needs of the society, major colleges and universities have begun to expand enrollment, and the quality of students in colleges and universities is an important issue affecting the employment situation of students. This paper proposes specific measures to improve the quality of students by analyzing the factors that influence college entrance examination candidates to choose colleges and universities, combined with the specific enrollment practice of some universities, hopefully to make useful enlightenment on improving the management of college admissions and improving work efficiency.
