ABSTRACT

Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation thought requires that poverty alleviation work should be carried out in a precise and accurate way. The work has to focus on the right point and only in this way can it be effective. The idea of targeted poverty alleviation is based on rich theories, which is reflected on the viewpoint of everything in materialist philosophy starting from reality and seeking truth from facts; the principle of dialectical relationship between internal and external causes of dialectical materialism; all the view of doing everything for in the interests of people in Marxist Theory and the theory of the nature of socialism in socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.
