ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes the main characteristics of Game Theory and Attribution Theory and investigates their advantages and limitations in specific decision-making fields. The purpose of this paper is to explore and evaluate the roles of these two theories in different stages of strategic decision-making, with a view to better guiding the formulation and implementation of strategic decision-making.
