ABSTRACT
In order to promote the effective implementation of the project, the primary task is to do a good job in construction project cost management. Compared with the construction project cost management, the scientific use budgetary preparation not only can improve the efficiency of project cost management, but also accelerate the construction progress and seek high profits for the company, thus achieving a win-win goal. For large construction projects, achieving the desired results is what every company wants to see.
