ABSTRACT

Chinese culture is extensive and profound, with a long history. The Confucian "ritual" culture is the strongest and most colorful one in Chinese culture. From the perspective of the content of moral education of benevolence and propriety, the method of combining educators with educational objects, this paper expounds its rich moral education thoughts. Facing the reality and developing it, the Confucian "rite" culture and ideological and political education foster students' moral character, cultivate students' moral sentiments, and purify the soul. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of students and promote the harmonious development of the whole society. Today, with the tremendous change of modern educational concepts and the comprehensive implementation of quality education for college students, it is of valuable reference value to explore and study the Confucian "ritual" culture in the Chinese historical and cultural education system so as to make the Chinese educational thought serve the present and to carry out ideological and political education in ordinary colleges and universities and to enhance students' ideological and political literacy and aesthetic literacy.
