ABSTRACT

The realization of the responsibility of “Morality Education” for graduate tutor is an important entry point to promote the development of graduate education under the new situation. By clarifying the concept of responsibility of “Morality Education” to analyzes the necessity and urgency of “Morality Education” graduate tutor. Try to construct an innovative management mechanism of condition guarantee, selection and training, supervision and assessment, reward and punishment for graduate tutor, to realize the responsibility of carrying out “Morality Education” and promote the quality of graduate training.
