ABSTRACT
In the era of mobile internet, the sport industry has realized the integrated innovation with the internet, and a large number of new sport internet products, represented by fitness applications (apps), have emerged. Taking E-connection as an example, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses of fitness apps in the development process, as well as the external opportunities and threats it faces, and accordingly puts forward some suggestions for fitness app companies, with a view to promoting the development of fitness apps in the future.
