ABSTRACT

Firstly, the mode of material and energy flow among enterprises is analysed, and then the effectiveness of the system is studied. The effective scope of developing circular economy in eco-industrial parks increases with the increase of social cost input, and with the improvement of cleaner production technology and advanced management technology in the parks.
