ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry in China in recent years, cross-border e-commerce payment transactions in the context of “Belt and Road” are also facing various problems such as credit risk and lag in cross-regional payment settlement. This paper will briefly describe the blockchain technology in the context of “One Belt, One Road” and analyze the existing problems of cross-border e-commerce payment. The main application value of blockchain technology for cross-border e-commerce payment system and the next stage block will be proposed. The challenge of chain technology.
