ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of urbanization and the gradual improvement of rail transit routes, the housing price of Taiyuan has been growing rapidly in recent ten years. In recent years, domestic scholars have made a lot of research achievements on this topic. This paper analyzes the past ten years and current situation of housing price in Taiyuan and focuses on the factors affecting the housing price in Taiyuan City. The corresponding analysis, on the effective control of housing prices, put forward personal views.
