ABSTRACT

Through an on-the-spot investigation, it was found that the poverty alleviation through e-commerce platforms in Zhangjiachuan County of Gansu Province has various problems, such as the backward of poor people’s thoughts, the backward of infrastructure, the lack of precise connection of government policies, and the weak awareness of local brands.
