ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the perfect Bayesian equilibrium in hearing game by methods of signal transmission game. Firstly, it is shown that there is an equilibrium in hearing game, where the forerunner’s action has no effect on the outcome. Then it is analyzed that there is a perfect Bayesian equilibrium in the game, which can provide signal. Finally, a closed rule of hearing game is discussed.
