ABSTRACT

with the progress of social economy, the improvement of people's living standard, the transformation of health, the coming of aging society, and the change of disease spectrum, China's medical and health work has changed from disease treatment oriented to health maintenance and promotion oriented, with the rapid development of health service industry. In this context, it is an important task for colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of health service and management, and cultivate high-quality professionals to meet the development needs of health service industry. This paper starts from the current situation of the development of health service and management in China, and deeply analyzes the existing problems of health service and management. At the same time, on the basis of the experience at home and abroad, the countermeasures are put forward.
